Create one or more portal templates and set which types of processes can be initiated through the link so that requests can be made without the need to log in. Customize the area of the portal with your company’s design.
Enhance user experience and enable governance
Allow interested parties to monitor processes opened by them via a protocol. Keep a register of historical requests from when they were initiated – something that would not be possible for requests made outside Holmes.
